How long in advance do I have to place my order?

Ceramiche Ania creates and paints entirely by hand, therefore their creation takes a long time! The timing depends on the type of item and quantity, so we always recommend placing your order 1/2 months before your event. If your event is before the indicated times, contact us to request more detailed information!
When will my order arrive?

Receipt of the order is guaranteed 10/15 days before the event.
What color and flavor will the sugared almonds be?

The flavor of the sugared almonds will always be almond, the color varies depending on the type of event: - For the birth of a baby boy, it will be light blue - For the birth of a baby girl, it will be pink - For Baptism, Birthday, Communion, Confirmation and Wedding, it will be white - For Graduation, it will be Red
What to do if some favors arrive damaged?

We have been in the sector for many years and we know how to take care of your orders but if something is damaged during transport, send a video of the damaged item on WhatsApp to our number and we will replace it immediately!
What color will the ribbon on my wedding favor packaging come in?

We always match the colors of the ribbons to the colors of the chosen wedding favor, furthermore in all the advertisements of our items you will find the photo of the final package
